Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Syndicate is operated by Rinat Abramovich. We are the “data controller” for the personal data we collect about you when you use the Platform. You can reach us at privacy@syndicatehab.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, handle, display name, date of birth, password (hashed).
• Profile data: avatar, banner, bio, favourite games, preferred casinos.
• Activity: posts, comments, follows, likes, bonuses claimed, casinos viewed.
• Visit logs: timestamp, hashed IP, user agent, page path — used to detect abuse and to power the admin visit timeline.
• Device data: browser, screen size, push notification token (if you opt in).
• Audience insights: signed-in profile and publication views, follows and unfollows, approximate country and city supplied by our hosting provider, and optional self-reported gender. These analytics do not store raw IP addresses or precise device coordinates.
• Calls and broadcasts: participation, call direction and type, connection times, broadcast chat messages and reactions. LiveKit provides live audio/video transport; this feature does not record calls or broadcast video.

3. Why we use it

• Operate Syndicate and authenticate your account.
• Show you relevant casinos, bonuses, and posts.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, casino approvals, notifications).
• Detect fraud, abuse and bot activity.
• Comply with legal obligations (age verification, anti-money-laundering hints).

4. Who we share it with

We share strictly with processors that help us run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Vercel Blob (media storage), an email provider for transactional mail, and an error-tracking service. We never sell your data to advertisers or third-party marketers.

GIFs, stickers and memes in messages are provided by KLIPY. Opening the picker or viewing a KLIPY message connects your browser directly to KLIPY, which receives your IP address and browser information. Searches include the search phrase, locale and a random device identifier; selecting an item may send its identifier and search phrase to KLIPY. We do not send your private conversation text, recipients, email or Syndicate account ID to KLIPY. Favorites and recent selections store item identifiers locally, separately for each account on that device. The integration does not enable KLIPY advertising. See the KLIPY Privacy Policy.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion (so we can respond to chargebacks or legal requests). Visit logs are pruned to 90 days. Hashed IPs are never reversed back to raw IPs.

Audience visibility and controls

Account owners can see recent signed-in visitors to their profile. Enable Hide activity in Settings → Privacy & Safety to keep your identity out of this visitor list; aggregate counts remain. Broadcasters can see who joined their live broadcast and its chat and reaction totals. Your call history is available only to you, and locked-chat history requires your device unlock.

Country, city and gender are shown as audience summaries, not as fields attached to individual viewers. Gender is optional and can be cleared in Settings → Edit Profile. New view and follow-change measurements start on 26 September 2026; earlier activity is not reconstructed. Audience records are removed when the associated account is deleted, and view records are removed when the underlying publication is permanently deleted.

6. Your rights

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account. Under GDPR and similar laws you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and localStorage for: keeping you signed in, remembering your age verification, theme preference, and dismissed banners. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

Syndicate is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, write to privacy@syndicatehab.com and we will delete the account.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed, data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and database access requires row-level-security policies. No system is perfect — if you spot a vulnerability please email security@syndicatehab.com.

10. Changes

We will tell you in-app or by email if we change this Policy in a material way. Continued use of Syndicate after the effective date means you accept the new Policy.
