Responsible Gambling
Gambling is meant to be fun. The moment it stops feeling fun, it's time to step back. Below are warning signs, tools and free, confidential help lines you can use any time.
Warning signs
- You spend more than you can afford to lose.
- You chase losses, hoping the next spin will fix the last one.
- You hide your gambling from family or friends.
- You borrow money or sell things to keep playing.
- Gambling is the first thing you think about in the morning.
If any of these feel familiar, please talk to one of the organisations below. Help is free, anonymous, and available 24/7 in most countries.
