1. Who we are

Syndicate (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is an iGaming community where players, streamers and licensed casino brands share posts, bonuses, games and reviews. The Platform is created and owned by Rinat Abramovich (“Lucifer”). By creating an account or using any part of Syndicate you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use Syndicate. You may not use Syndicate if you are excluded by a self-exclusion programme or by applicable law. We may verify your age at any time and may suspend or delete accounts that fail verification.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your password and for everything that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to defraud casinos, advertisers or other members.

4. Casino accounts

Accounts marked as “casino” are operated by gambling operators who have applied through the in-app casino application flow and have been approved by Syndicate moderators. We do not endorse, license, or guarantee any specific casino. Always confirm a casino’s licence in your jurisdiction before depositing real money, and read their own terms before claiming a bonus.

5. Content rules

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Syndicate a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Platform. You may not post:

• Content involving minors or designed to encourage minors to gamble.
• Illegal gambling offers, unlicensed brands, or fraudulent bonuses.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, or malware.
• Copyrighted content you do not have the right to publish.

We may remove any content at our discretion and may shadow-ban, suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

6. No financial advice

Nothing on Syndicate constitutes financial, investment, gambling or legal advice. Bonuses, RTP claims, win screenshots and casino reviews are user-generated and may be inaccurate. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You are solely responsible for the money you choose to wager.

7. Responsible gambling

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these Terms, harm other users, or expose the Platform to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

9. Liability

Syndicate is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or any financial loss arising from your gambling activity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Syndicate after that date means you accept the new Terms.
